Wayne N Stark, Jr., MD

Wayne N. Stark, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Emergency Medicine, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, and completed his residency in pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and his fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Norton Children’s Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Stark returned to Louisville from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Saint Petersburg, Florida, to continue practicing in pediatric emergency medicine, his area of clinical interest.
Dr. Stark is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
He believes that listening is key when providing care for his patients and their families.
