Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Thomas C. Hubbs, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. He earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he also completed his pediatrics residency.
Dr. Hubbs enjoys building relationships with families, being part of his patients’ lives from the very beginning and helping families navigate the joyful moments and the challenges that come with raising children. Dr. Hubbs believes that pediatric care involves embracing the entire family, understanding their unique situations and working together to create the best possible outcomes. Known for his creativity in connecting with kids, Dr. Hubbs often engages them by talking about their favorite sports teams or complimenting a 3-year-old’s shoes, making visits fun and less intimidating.
In his free time, Dr. Hubbs enjoys spending time with his four children, traveling to watch and participate in their sports activities. He also likes cycling and hiking with his wife.

Dr. Hubbs was very personable and down to earth. I appreciated most him actively listening to my husband and I's concerns about our child. He was respectful, very knowledgeable in his feedback, and worked really well with my son as he checked him out.

Dr. Hubbs is amazing! We appreciate the time he spends with our kids & making sure we feel heard. I feel like no problem is too big or too small for him and I trust him with my children. He reminds me of "old school" doctors, and they are my favorite!!
