Biography/ Philosophy of Care
S. Kyle Skaggs, D.O., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. He earned his medical degree from University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his pediatrics residency at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Dr. Skaggs is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Skaggs is originally from Ashland, Kentucky. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also likes watching movies, traveling and cheering on University of Kentucky sports.
