Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Shannon N. Huelsman, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with Norton Children’s Orthopedics of Louisville, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences.
Her approach to patient care is characterized by her commitment to listening attentively to her patients’ concerns and collaborating with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
Shannon is a native of Olathe, Kansas, and has lived in Louisville since 2007. When away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, bicycling and hiking, and supporting her four sons in Scouts and sports.
