Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Sarah W. Wilder, PA-C, is a physician assistant with Norton Children’s Critical Care, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her physician assistant degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Sarah specializes in pediatric cardiology, working with children and adults who have congenital and acquired heart disease.
She values patient-centered and individualized care based on each patient’s unique needs and the beliefs of the patient’s parents. She strives to be efficient and communicative to provide the best care possible to her patients.
When she is not caring for patients, Sarah enjoys spending time outside, exploring different parks and parts of Louisville, and finding new recipes. She also enjoys spending time visiting friends and family in various cities.
