Dr Hatter is very thorough, caring, and helpful. She talks directly to Evie, listens to concerns and spends a lot of time with her patients.

As soon as my Husband and I left [...]I told him, "Well that was the best experience and Dr. Visit to date. Sara was wonderful!". I've never had a physician like Sara Hatter provide such good care at a wellness check before. She was thorough, patient and all ears when it came to any concerns we had about our 3 year old son. He's never felt so comfortable at a Doctor's appointment before. Seeing him listen to instructions and trust her as she was doing the wellness check on him made my Mommy heart so happy. I highly recommend her and can't praise her enough on how she made Carson's appointment so smoothly & enjoyable.

The provider we saw yesterday was wonderful. She was thorough and paid attention. We relocated to Frankfort not long ago and we will seek to have her as primary provider for [...] if possible.

We love Sara Hatter! She shows care for my child, listens intently to my concerns, and answers my questions well. I also love that they're using the recording system now, so that she can really be intentional during the visit instead of having to be on the computer most of the time charting.

I truly have never had a bad experience, or left unsatisfied with any provider that my children had seen around Norton's Children's Medical Group.. I will say that Sara Hatter was particularly wonderful, and took extra time to close any gaps in care that my child needed that day.

Sara is outstanding. She is extremely thorough, remembers details from visit one year ago, and shows true interest and concern.
