Biography/ Philosophy of Care

Ryne B. Bruner, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Ryne earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Louisville. He specializes in behavioral and mental health and has eight years of experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
Ryne’s goal is to be a kind and caring provider for young people who are experiencing mental health crises and their family.
Ryne grew up in Garfield, Kentucky, and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports and exercising to stay healthy.
