About Rachael C Koebel
Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Rachael Koebel, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Urology. Rachael earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville School of nursing and her master’s degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University School of Nursing, Richmond.
Rachael has over a decade of experience in pediatric care. She is passionate about working with children and their families to help them achieve their health goals. Rachael believes in the importance of building a trusting relationship with the patient and their parents, emphasizing open communication to ensure that the care plan aligns with the family’s goals. She brings a playful and engaging approach to her work, incorporating fun into her care to make medical visits less daunting for young patients.
Rachael is a native of Louisville. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
