Natalie R Shipley, MD

Natalie Shipley, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in pediatrics.

Dr. Shipley is passionate about providing comprehensive care for patients from birth through young adulthood. She loves working in pediatrics because children bring energy, joy and unique challenges, and she values building strong relationships with families. Her philosophy of care focuses on individualized treatment and shared decision-making to best support each child’s health.

Dr. Shipley grew up in the Pleasure Ridge Park area of Louisville and is a proud graduate of Butler High School and the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking Peloton rides, going on lake trips, attending sporting events and working on house projects.
