Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Madeline L. Weber, M.D., is a pediatric hospice and palliative care physician with Norton Children’s Pediatric Support Team. She earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Ohio, and a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
Dr. Weber’s clinical interests include pediatric hospice and palliative medicine, as well as narrative medicine. She is dedicated to walking alongside patients who have serious illnesses and their families, offering compassionate, evidence-based care. Her goal is to alleviate suffering and support families throughout their medical journey, ensuring they feel heard, understood and cared for.
