Dr Cloyd is an ANGEL!!! Nothin but great experiences with her and all providers, nurses, assistants, employees and everyone at this practice. Seriously, I couldn't be more grateful for a group that responds quickly to my many MyChart questions and has availability whenever I need. Even when there haven't been appts available you all have gotten us in. I've heard there's a cult following (positively) for this group and now I have joined said cult. Please don't ever change anything ever until my child and future children are over 18.

I know this office was basically triple booked, but they were kind enough to see my daughter anyway. I didn't want to take her to ICC, we know the folks at this office, & are very comfortable there.

We really enjoy Dr kloyd. She listens to concerns and explains treatment and remembers [..] history to make the test decisions for her health. .

Friendly and helpful! Also asked about recent health issues which showed she cared and was concerned!

Dr. Cloyd is the absolute best. We found her after I had my first child and we lived in Louisville. I have since moved to Indiana and had another child, which we continue to make the drive to Louisville simply because my children get the best care from Dr. Cloyd. Dr. Cloyd is thorough, personable, empathetic, genuine, knowledgeable, and makes every visit fun for my kids. I feel seen and heard as a mother and human. She really does care for the families she gets to work with. This whole group is friendly and welcoming.

My children (14 & 10-years-old) have seen Dr. Cloyd for three years and she is by far the best pediatrician we have ever had. She engages with them directly, demonstrates genuine care for their health and wellbeing, and I trust her completely. I'm so grateful we found her.

Dr. Cloyd was exceptionally patient with us as my son experienced a panic attack while in the office. She stepped out several times to give him space to try to calm but we did not at all feel rushed when she was with us despite clearly going beyond the expected appointment time frame to deal with all the interruptions. She took our concerns seriously and worked collaboratively to come up with a plan we feel comfortable with to address the issue that brought us in as well as rule out other causes. I particularly appreciated that she looked to me subtly for confirmation when my child denied suicide/self harm thoughts rather than taking him at his word without checking that a parent agreed. She is not our usual provider in this office, but I would not hesitate to recommend her to others or to see her again if our usual pediatrician is not available.

Dr. Clloyd is lovely and an excellent provider. She answers all questions and is very thorough in her explanations. We're very grateful for all her help!! She's helps put us at ease with our little ones.
