Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Kait Zagami is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Bellarmine University with a bachelor's in biology and minors in chemistry and art. There she was also was a goalie on the women's soccer team. She then obtained a Master's degree in Exercise physiology from University of Louisville. She returned to Bellarmine University and University of Louisville as Adjunct faculty in the exercise science departments. She also worked as a personal trainer. Kait chose to pursue Physician Assistant school at Barry University where she graduated with a master's degree in clinical medical science.
Kait has worked in Orthopedics and sports medicine since graduating PA school in 2012. She worked in adult orthopedics and sports medicine for 6 years before working in pediatrics. She has a strong passion for working with athletes and treating sports injuries and overuse injuries. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and dogs. She enjoys exercising and is active in crossfit and bodybuilding.

Kait is awesome. We have recommended her and the pediatric ortho office to all our family and friends. We appreciate her thoroughness, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us and our PT team to combat issues remotely so we don't have to continually make trips to Louisville. We can't say enough good things about our experience.

Care was amazing. Every staff member was excellent. We arrived an hour early bc we are from out of town and we were seen 45 minutes early which was nice. The dr was great and gave us answers we'd been looking for for almost a year.
