Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Jordan R. Merryman, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Hospital, specializing in neonatology. Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University, Millcreek, Utah, and her master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jordan finds her work rewarding, particularly in caring for babies who require additional support after birth. She takes pride in guiding and comforting parents throughout their child’s care and believes in treating each baby as if they were her own family.
She is originally from Paducah, Kentucky, and is proud to serve her community. When away from work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.
