Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Erica L. Bailen, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Indiana University, followed by her medical degree from the University of Louisville. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida. She previously served with Arboretum Pediatrics in Charlotte, N.C., before joining Norton Children’s Medical Associates – Lakeview.
Dr. Bailen is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in pediatrics
A native of Louisville, Dr. Bailen enjoys CrossFit, cooking and spending time with family.

Dr. Bailen is the best. She listens. She cares. You can really tell she loves what she is doing. My daughter felt comfortable asking her questions and talking to her.

Dr. Erica Bailey is absolutely amazing , and just does a great job at really listening to your concerns and helping you figure out whatever health concerns or issues you may have. She is so sweet and kind and goes above and beyond for her patients.
