Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Dominique C. Elmore, D.O., is a pediatric emergency medicine specialist with Norton Children’s Emergency Medicine, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Dr. Elmore earned her medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Lewisburg. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia, and a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
She believes in communication is key and enjoys forming a relationship with the patient’s family and prioritizing their needs.
Away from work, Dr. Elmore enjoys Pilates and attending concerts, comedy shows and sporting events. She also is a foodie and enjoys sampling the wide verity of cuisine Louisville has to offer.
