Biography/ Philosophy of Care

A native of Western New York, Dr. Foley has been in practice at Norton Children’s Hospital (NCH) since 2003. He has served as the trauma medical director for the hospital since 2006, and has overseen the development and maintenance of the hospital as an American College of Surgeons (ACS) verified level I trauma center. He has also been an active member of the cancer program at NCH, having served as the hospital’s cancer liaison physician to the ACS since 2011. Dr. Foley has participated actively in the development and expansion of the hospital’s minimally invasive surgery program since his arrival. He served as the medical staff president for NCH in 2015.
