Amber S Docimo, APRN

Amber S. Docimo, APRN, CPNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Medical Group. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee. Amber sees patients from birth through age 21, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care while building lasting relationships with children and their families. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Her philosophy of care is centered on advocating for children and partnering with families to address each child’s unique health needs. She believes that education, advocacy and evidence-based practice help families navigate their child’s health care journey and lead to healthier, happier communities.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters, whether relaxing at home, visiting extended family or traveling together. She also loves reading, tending her flowers in the spring and summer, and occasionally tackling house projects with her husband, who jokes about banning her from Pinterest.
