Teresa P. Crase, M.D., earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and her medical degree from the University of Kentucky, completing her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. Crase is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatricians (AAP) and the Kentucky chapter of AAP. She is bilingual (English and Spanish).
A Chicago native who grew up in Oak Park, Illinois, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, cooking and traveling.
