We went to the wrong practice and showed up 25 minutes late to our appointment and 5 minutes before the practice closed and the provider still treated us like we were her first patient of the day. She could have easily rushed the appointment but didn't. I am so appreciative that she still saw my child and was able to get her the prescription she needed. I sincerely hope someone sees this and tells her how much that meant to us.
