Biography/ Philosophy of Care
Kenneth R. Pearson, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Virginia, and his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston.
Dr. Pearson is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Greater Louisville Medical Society. He is board certified in pediatrics.
A native of Louisville (born in Norton Hospital), Dr. Pearson enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, leading his church’s youth group, swimming, running, biking, hiking, camping, fishing and playing golf.
Dr. Pearson has been voted by his peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019.

Dr. Pearson and Ms Leticia are the best. Stephanie also helped out Leticia as it was over the lunch hour and we have had her with other providers. She is wonderful as well. We love this office and our pediatrician. When I had my last child, I told Dr. Pearson he would have to put off retirement for another 18 years. My kids actually get excited to come for well child checks because the staff is so nice and personable. I am 100% confident in the care my children receive here. I recommend this office to my own patients if they live or work near the Brownsboro office.

The front office and medical assistants are ALWAYS compassionate and welcoming. Great with the kiddos! Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, including how much time Dr Pearson spends with us. Always includes my child in discussions.

Dr. Pearson is always wonderful. He takes the time to listen to my son and myself. He makes the appointment very meaningful and efficient. I never feel overlooked or rushed. I always feel like he listens to us and makes sure we are taken care of.
