We got to the appointment at 2:45 and the app was at 3pm and we was out before the original time best place and the workers are awesome

Our provider had an emergency come up, so we were notified several hours in advance and our appointment was rescheduled. The provider resolved her emergency about and hour before our original appointment time. We were contacted to ask if we wanted to stick with the original time or stay with our rescheduled appointment. We choose to go ahead with the original appointment time. We were thankful to Mrs. Betz for notifying us that she had returned to the office in time for our original appointment and giving us the option to go ahead with that time instead of delaying the appointment for two weeks until the rescheduled time.
