Dr. Nichols always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. My son had RSV at 6 weeks but tested negative the 1st time he was tested. I kept coming in and she never made me feel like I was paranoid or overreacting. She took the time with us and sent us to Norton Children's for another test that did say he had RSV. I felt like she listened to me and heard my concerns and provided excellent care when we really needed it

I felt listened too and respected by Dr. Nichols. My son (9yr) also wanted to speak and give answers and she listened to him and answered him directly. He's a very nervous patient and she did a great job of explaining everything and making him feel comfortable.

Dr. Nichols is outstanding. She had a conversation with our granddaughter in regards to her menstrual cycle and explained everything in ways that she would understand. Our granddaughter feels very comfortable around her and we will continue to see her.

Estoy muy satisfecha con la atenci?n de mi hijo,al igual mi hijo se sinti? seguro y satisfecho, fue la segunda cita de rutina de mi hijo y casualmente lo atendi? la misma doctora, que como siempre es maravillosa, explica todo con detalles, siempre es muy atenta y la enfermera maravillosa, en general estamos muy satisfechos, si tuviera que llevar a mi ni?o no dudar?a en hacerlo en este hospital y con la misma doctora, es excelente y el personal de recepci?n muy atentos tambi?n, recomiendo siempre a mis amigos con hijos

Dr. Nichols took the time to listen to our concerns and gave a thorough explanation of treatment for this problem. The nurse working with her was also very kind and patient with our young child!
