I very much appreciate prompt responses to My Chart including offering to be seen that afternoon, especially when it was late in the day. The same was true for prompt My Chart responses the following day. Dr. Pappalardo also followed up a few days later to check [...], which is above and beyond. I couldn't ask for better care.

Since my baby [...] was born, I have been having his routine check-ups at this hospital. I am really pleased. The nurses, our doctor and all the staff are friendly and caring. Especially our doctor PAPPALARDO JOSEPH, we love him very much and he is very kind. Thank you for everything.
