James was wonderful with my son and helped him when he was sick and listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail and was happy to do so

Dr.Tipton is an excellent Pediatrician who really listens to my concerns regarding my granddaughter and her health. She is a medically fragile child with a ton of medical conditions that require many specialists and her Pediatrician all working together. He really cares about her and her health. He is very proactive and has the upmost care, love and respect to her and myself. There's nothing that he wouldn't do for her. We respect him, appreciate him and love him.The Medical Assistant is so kind, sweet and very passionate about her position and how well she is with kids. The Nurses Andrea and Jennifer are amazing at what they do. They are very quick to answer all messages that I've either left on their voicemail or if I message with a concern or request when it comes to my granddaughter and her health. The entire practice at the NCMG Dixie is top notch. I moved away from the area clear across town that is a 35-45 minute drive and made the easy decision to continue with our Pediatrician and his team because he/they are that wonderful. I have referred him and the practice to many parents with children who are atypical and those who are neurodivergent or have physical disabilities as my granddaughter does.There's nothing are a million words it seems to describe how awesome Dr. Tipton is and cannot think of just one to place on how great of a Pediatrician he is.

He is a very good doctor what I would tell anyone to see him if taking your child there. He see two of my grandchildren [...]

[...] didn't have an appointment her older sister did and Tipton was nice enough to look at [...] throat which she claimed was sore. He order strep test which ended up being positive! Dr. Tipton is the best doctor and I wouldn't take my girls to any one else!

Dr. James Tipton and his staff have consistently provided outstanding care to our family. They are always patient, friendly, and exceptionally kind to my children. The team is very informative and takes the time to answer any questions thoroughly. I've submitted several inquiries through MyChart and have always received prompt and helpful responses. I regularly recommend this office to new moms because of the excellent experience we've had.
