Glennesha R Mudd, LCSW

Glennesha R. Mudd, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with Norton Children’s Gastroenterology, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Glennesha earned her master’s degree from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work.
Glennesha is nationally certified as a trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist. She is trained in evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, play therapy and more. Glennesha is passionate about partnering with families in their journey to healing and takes an integrative approach to clinical social work and pediatric gastroenterology. She uses her skills to treat issues connected to the gut-brain axis, including anxiety, depression, exposure to toxic stress, and chronic and acute medical and illness-related trauma.
She is a proud West Louisville native, wife and mother who enjoys family time, spoken word performance and singing.
