Biography/ Philosophy of Care

Dr. Brit Anderson joined the University of Louisville Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine in 2014. In addition to clinical work in the emergency department, she is the Advocacy Director for Pediatric Emergency Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics Residency.  Through these positions she is actively involved as a leader, participant and mentor in multiple community projects and legislative advocacy initiatives.  She also has an interest in medical education and is the faculty mentor of the resident-led advocacy group, Pediatricians Urging Safety and Health.
