Benjamin H Lyvers, MD

Benjamin H. Lyvers, M.D., is a board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physician with Norton Children’s Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in pediatric hospital medicine and a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine.

Dr. Lyvers provides care for infants, children and adolescents with urgent and unexpected medical needs. He believes in building relationships with patients and families, and values family-centered care. His special interests include improving emergency care for children with autism and other disabilities, as well as healthcare and disability ethics.

Outside of work, Dr. Lyvers enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active with his dog, and cheering on Racing Louisville FC, Louisville City FC and University of Kentucky sports.
